Make-A-Wish Gala. It is a charitable foundation party to make a dream of children with serious illness true.
It was held at Hyatt last month.
There are so many people and some of them are dancing. lol
I enjoy the food, show and chat with coworkers and friends though I can’t dance.
I have never experienced charity party in Japan. Of course there are charity and fundraising in Japan, but there are taken more seriously.
We often see people (especially children) standing with box asking for fundraising for children with illness, victims of disaster etc. near train station. It is the most popular ‘charity’ in Japan.
So, it is surprising for me to see people enjoying party for fundraising.
I am happy to experience what I cannot do in Japan.
